Changed your mind?
For eligible UK consumer purchases made online, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You may also cancel before delivery. Email omgvanilla.uk@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Please keep food pouches unopened and their protective seals intact. The change-of-mind right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where those legal exceptions apply. These exceptions do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Return postage
You pay the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind order. Contact us for the return address and pack the goods securely. Keep proof of posting. Contacting us helps us arrange the return; it does not reduce any cancellation rights you have.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If your pods arrive damaged, mouldy, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order details, batch code and photographs where possible. Do not consume a product you believe is unsafe. We will provide the refund, replacement or other remedy to which you are entitled, and cover reasonable return postage where a return is necessary. An opened pack does not automatically prevent a valid faulty-goods claim.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we refund the goods and the basic outbound delivery charge, if paid, within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Extra charges for a premium delivery option above standard delivery are not refundable for a change of mind. Refunds go to the original payment method. We may make a lawful deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature and characteristics.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Business-to-business wholesale orders are subject to the terms agreed in their quotation; consumer cancellation rules do not automatically apply to business purchases.
